Who we
are.
Agora Logistic resells shipping labels, independently. We don't move parcels ourselves and we don't speak for any carrier. We buy labels through the carriers' wholesale channels and sell them on, one at a time, to anyone with a parcel to send.
We keep what we ask for to a minimum. A username and a password open your account. Each label carries what the carrier needs to deliver it: names and addresses, a phone number or an email where the service asks for one, and a description of the contents when a parcel leaves the EU.

Is this only for businesses?
Not at all. One parcel a year or a small shop's daily run: the price is the same and there is nothing to register.
Are you a carrier?
No, we resell labels. The carrier printed on your label collects or receives the parcel and delivers it, under its own terms.
How soon is my label ready?
Once you pay, the label is generated and lands in your account as a PDF. Download it within 72 hours; after that the file is deleted, and the tracking stays for 15 days.
What do you need from me?
A username and a password for the account. For each label, what the carrier prints on it: names and addresses for the sender and the recipient, and a phone number or an email when the service needs one. Parcels leaving the EU also need a short description of what's inside.
Can I ship outside the EU?
Yes. Describe what's inside and we prepare the customs declaration the carrier asks for.
How do I pay?
Top up your balance in crypto and spend it label by label. The coins we accept are listed at the foot of this page; stablecoins run on several networks and you pick yours when you top up. We never ask for card details.
What if a parcel is late or lost?
Track it from your account and open a ticket: we take it up with the carrier for you.
Who sees my shipping details?
Only those who need them to deliver: the carrier, and whoever we buy the label through, as far as the label needs. No advertisers, no analytics. Our privacy policy says what we keep and for how long.
